All one to one coaching programmes come with a client -coach contract . Below are some things you might want to consider before embarking on ocoaching

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a powerful personal development tool. Different to counselling which often deals with trauma and the past, coaching is all about where you are now and where you want to go. It can be described as a process of  discovery rather than recovery. Coaching helps you close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.

I will help you move towards your dreams and will keep you accountable on those steps and actions you commit to. I'll support you through your challenges. and help you celebrate your little wins as well as your big steps forward.

You and I will be talking regularly and you'll be making breakthroughs and getting more clarity about what you want. during our sessions, However, the real work happens between coaching sessions when you courageously take the steps and actions that you've committed to. This is when lasting changes are made.
